{"id":1,"date":"2023-09-04T21:59:22","date_gmt":"2023-09-04T19:59:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pgnstrainingblog.es\/?p=1"},"modified":"2023-09-14T16:37:19","modified_gmt":"2023-09-14T14:37:19","slug":"hola-mundo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pgnstrainingblog.es\/?p=1","title":{"rendered":"PGNS Training Blog?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Lleva en mi cabeza un tiempo la idea de compartir de manera algo m\u00e1s detallada las diferentes ideas, dudas, pruebas y metodolog\u00edas que seguimos a lo largo de toda una temporada en el grupo de velocidad y vallas de Santa Coloma de Gramenet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el trabajo de fuerza mas general a las sesiones t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s espec\u00edficas pasando por el desarrollo de la potencia, velocidad y resistencia a la velocidad. Me hace ilusi\u00f3n y creo que puede resultar interesante, desarrollar tanto los motivos y el razonamiento interno que me lleva a decidir usar un test, una progresi\u00f3n de ejercicios o un modelo de programaci\u00f3n en concreto, como tambi\u00e9n las dudas que me pueden surgir sobre todos aquellos aspectos que no me acaban de cuadrar y que voy solucionando gracias a, por una parte, intentar mantenerme actualizado al m\u00e1ximo sobre las diferentes corrientes relacionadas con el entrenamiento gracias a la infinidad de recursos y canales disponibles a d\u00eda de hoy (siempre intentando mantener un esp\u00edritu cr\u00edtico), y por otro lado y seguramente lo que me da mas confianza para atreverme a desarrollar lo que hacemos en este blog, a la experiencia y al ensayo y error que me aporta el estar todos los d\u00edas en la pista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo es compartir ideas, recursos, dudas o errores con el objetivo de plasmarlos en un sitio donde: 1) Yo mismo pueda describirlos y ponerles nombre y 2) Pueda resultar interesante de consultar para gente externa que est\u00e9 interesada en conocer el como y el porque de nuestro trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En definitiva, en este blog encontrareis art\u00edculos y reflexiones personales sobre entrenamiento englobadas en esos dos min\u00fasculos c\u00edrculos a la derecha de esta imagen de @adamvirgile que siempre me ayuda a mantener los pies en el suelo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image aligncenter uagb-block-dcea3879 wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-center\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><img decoding=\"async\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pgnstrainingblog.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/IMG_9982-1024x576.jpeg \" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 150px\" src=\"https:\/\/pgnstrainingblog.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/IMG_9982-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"uag-image-2457\" width=\"445\" height=\"250\" title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lleva en mi cabeza un tiempo la idea de compartir de manera algo m\u00e1s detallada las diferentes ideas, dudas, pruebas y metodolog\u00edas que seguimos a lo largo de toda una temporada en el grupo de velocidad y vallas de Santa Coloma de Gramenet.
