has-medium-font-size\" style=\"color:#010101;background-color:#00000000\">Desde acompa\u00f1ar a chicos y chicas de l&#8217;Escola Colomenca d&#8217;Atletisme en su etapa de especializaci\u00f3n en el sector de velocidad y vallas, a la tecnificaci\u00f3n dentro del sector y a guiar las pautas de entrenamiento de velocistas y vallistas en la provincia de has-medium-font-size\" style=\"color:#010101;background-color:#00000000\">El grupo esta formado por chicos y chicas de todas las edades desde categor\u00eda sub18 a categor\u00eda m\u00e1ster con el objetivo com\u00fan de disfrutar del entrenamiento y del atletismo de competici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size\" style=\"color:#010101;background-color:#00000000\">Guiando y organizando el entrenamiento de todos ellos, el que escribe, Quim Garcia, (Graduado en CAFE en INEFC Bcn, 2xMSc en Rendimiento y tecnificaci\u00f3n y en Readaptaci\u00f3n deportiva, colegiado num 63239 y entrenador RFEA nivel II)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-background has-medium-font-size entrenamiento que usamos esta basada en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">1) la evidencia cient\u00edfica existente respecto al entrenamiento de atletismo, espec\u00edficamente en las disciplinas orientadas a la velocidad y a la resistencia a la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">2) la experiencia personal como entrenador desarrollada en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os y a desarrollar en los siguientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Explicar y desarrollar como hacemos las cosas es el motivo y objetivo principal de este
